Silver Tree Single Pack

Commonly known as the SilverTree. It reaches a height of 10m growing into a well shaped elegant tree with a substantial trunk. The silver leaves reflect the light, giving the tree a stunning, metallic look. Flowering occurs in spring, with the female heads maturing into silvery cones. This species is wind tolerant and is an exceptional tree for a medium to large size garden. The decorative foliage is also very useful for flower arrangements.

  • This is one of the most delicately beautiful flowers of the Proteaceae family and is often used by florists in bridal bouquets.
  • It grows to a height of around 1.5m, becoming straggly if left unpruned.
  • They like full sun and resent any addition of fertilizer.
  • The flowers are small and compact and made up of clusters of up to 8 flowerheads per branch.

Coleonema pulchellum

Commonly known as Confettii Bush

  • When in flower, the bush looks as if white or pink confetti has been sprinkled over it.
  • It is a must for any garden – is highly adaptable to different climates, hardy to wind and frost tolerant and grows into a beautiful evergreen, feathery, aromatic shrub of upto 2m in height.
  • It flowers anytime from late winter to early summer and the flowers are pink or white tiny star shaped flowers.
  • The leaves have excellent insect repellent properties.
